Dear valued guests,
Thank you for your interest in Niseko Village Snow School. We are offering advance-booking rental services for ski/snowboard equipment exclusively for our guests.
If you wish to make an appointment with the "Niseko Village Rental Store", please refer to the following information:

Note 1: This rental facility is offered to guests who have already confirmed and paid for their ski school course(s) with Niseko Village Snow School. Please note that if you decide to cancel your ski/snowboard lesson reservation, your rental application will also be voided.

Note 2: Niseko Village Snow School and the Rental Counter Team are two different departments. Therefore, please inform the Snow School and the Rental Team accordingly to any changes made to your itinerary. The Rental Counter Team would not automatically update or make amendments to your schedule without us directly hearing your request.

1. Each guest is required to fill out an application form if they wish to make an advance booking for their equipment.
2. Please be sure to fill in your NVSS Lesson Booking Reference Number (Booking Ref) on page 2 otherwise your reservation will be invalid. Please refer to the email title after you have received your payment confirmation for the booking reference number. (Example: 20191201Q_PI0000000NVS)


3. Even with an advance reservation, it is necessary to do fitting adjustment for your rental equipment and finally proceed to make payment in order to secure your booking. Please visit the rental counter at least 2 hours before the start of your ski/snowboard lessons or one day before to complete all the procedures.
4. It is recommended that you maintain a record of the “Customer ID” that is issued to you upon submission of your online rental application form so as to ease your rental pick-up process.

1. Within the Gondola Station next to the Hilton hotel
2. Within the Green Leaf Hotel
3. Within Hinode Hills
The online rental application form is best viewed on laptop/desktop with Javascript enabled.

如果您有需要預約”新雪谷渡假村租借商店”，請您參考下方資訊:

注意事項 1: 本預約服務僅提供”已確認課程且已付款”之新雪谷渡假村滑雪學校顧客。如果您取消課程預約，您的租借預約將會失效。

注意事項 2: 新雪谷渡假村滑雪學校與租借處為不同部門，如果您有任何行程更變，請個別通知滑雪學校及租借處，租借處不會自動更改租借時間等資訊。

1. 每一位需要租借服務之顧客，皆需要填一次申請表。
2. 請務必在第2頁填入您的滑雪學校預約號碼(Booking Ref)否則租借處將不會受理您的預約。 滑雪學校預約號碼請參考您繳費確認後電子郵件標題號碼 (例: 20191201Q_PI0000000NVS)


3. 即使您事前預約，租借裝備仍需要進行試穿及付費手續，請您在課程開始至少2小時前或於前一日前往租借處完成所有手續。
4. 建議您紀錄最後頁面顯示的租借編號 “Customer ID” ，以加快當日服務流程速度。

「ニセコビレッジレンタルショップ」の事前予約サービス概要：

注 1： 本サービスは、すでにニセコビレッジスノースクールでのレッスンを確認し、お支払い手続き済みのお客様のみ対象です。レッスンをキャンセルした場合は事前予約をご利用致しかねます、ご容赦ください。

注 2： ニセコビレッジスノースクールとレンタルショップは別の部門のため、、スケジュールを変更する場合は直接各部門にご連絡くださいませ。

1.　予約フォームは、レンタルご希望のお客様に一人ずつご記入を頂いております。
2. 必ずページ2で、ニセコビレッジスノースクールの予約番号をご記入くださいませ（Booking Ref）。 予約番号をご記入されていない場合は、受け取りは致しかねます。スノースクールの予約番号はメールの件名に載せております （例: 20191201Q_PI0000000NVS）


3. スキーやスノーボードの道具フィッティング、お支払い手続きは必要になりますので、レッスン開始時刻2時間前、もしくはレッスンの前日に「ニセコビレッジレンタルショップ」をお越しくださいませ。

4. 道具フィッティングプロセスを速めるため、レンタルフォーム最後のページ、予約番号「Customer ID（ｓ）」をメモして、レンタルショップスタッフに見せて頂くことをお勧め致します。
